In which regions are you active and do you visit in person?

Accepted Answer

We are active throughout Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia. With offices at four locations in Flanders we are strongly regionally anchored while remaining broadly deployable. We are also there for you in Brussels and Wallonia, with conversations possible in French and English. For a personal approach, we are happy to come to your home for a first introduction and to present the candidate.

What does it cost and what is included?

We work with complete transparency. At the start you pay a one-time start-up cost for the search and guidance. Depending on the chosen formula (payroll or self-management) you will receive a clear overview of rates. In our payroll formula, salary, social contributions, administration, guidance and insurance are all included.

Question 3

What is the difference between your Family Service and Personal Service?

Accepted Answer

Our Family Service focuses on support within the family. This includes profiles such as nannies and family assistants. The focus is on childcare, guidance and – if desired – additional household support to bring peace and structure to family life. Our Personal Service is aimed at individual support. This may involve a personal assistant who helps with administrative, practical or organisational tasks, or a PAB assistant who provides guidance to people with disabilities, fully tailored to their specific needs.

Question 4

What if the collaboration with the chosen nanny or assistant doesn't work out?

Accepted Answer

A good match is essential. That's why we work with a careful process before the definitive start. After the introduction, we organise two settling-in sessions of four hours each. This gives you the opportunity to experience in peace whether the connection is really there. Should it still not feel right, we discuss this together and look for an appropriate solution. During the first month a one-month notice period applies, thereafter three months. You are not bound to an annual contract.

How quickly can you find someone?

Accepted Answer

The timing depends on the requested profile, the number of hours and the specific expectations. After the intake interview we immediately start a targeted search through our own candidate pool and various channels. We work with people, not standard profiles. What we can guarantee is that we choose quality over quantity. Most vacancies are filled within three months.
